1. 24 – 48 hours’ notice is required for cancelling your PT session

Unfortunately if at least 24 hours’ notice is not given, you will be charged for your PT session.

* Bulk purchased Personal Training sessions that are not used will be forfeited & have a 6 month expiry from date of purchase.

     2. Direct debit

For those of you who choose to pay by direct debit automatically, it is up to you to contact us and book your sessions. If you miss a week (without letting us know), or leave it to later on in the week to book and we can’t match times, unfortunately you will miss your PT/s for the week. The missed sessions don’t carry over into the next week.
